Everything your shop needs from booking to signed release
FTA Booking is tattoo shop management software: booking pages, digital consent forms, a shop calendar, client records and your money picture. Here’s exactly what works today and what’s coming soon.
Live today
Online booking pages for your shop and every artist
Each shop gets a booking page, and each artist gets their own link. Clients see live availability, pick flash designs or services, and book in English or Spanish. A double-booking guard keeps two clients out of the same slot.
Multi-artist shops, set up the way you pay
Owner and artist roles, invite links for new artists, and commission, booth-rent or solo payout models.
A shop calendar that works at the counter
Month, week and list views, with manual and walk-in appointment entry.
Client records
Client profiles with visit history and lifetime value, plus CSV export of your data.
E-sign forms before the visit
Consent, medical, minor/guardian, photo release, aftercare and future-contact forms. The signing link goes out by email and text before the appointment, and signed copies are saved as PDFs. FTA Booking does not store medical data.
Confirmation and cancellation texts
Clients get confirmation and cancellation texts in English or Spanish.
Receipts, ledger and money dashboard
Receipts by email and text, a transactions ledger, and a money dashboard that shows what came in.

Deposits at booking
Clients pay a deposit when they book, through Stripe, into your shop’s own Stripe account. Payouts follow Stripe’s schedule.
Cancel window and no-show deposits
Set a cancel window with refund or forfeit. When a client no-shows, staff mark it and keep the deposit (a manual step, not automatic).
Keep your own POS
Use FTA Booking for the deposit only and keep checking out the balance on the system you already use.
Reminder texts
Opt-in appointment reminder texts before the visit.
Collect the balance
Take the balance by pay link or QR code, cash, or a countertop card reader.
Retail catalog
Sell aftercare and merch from a retail catalog with Texas sales tax.
Payments run through Stripe. Payouts go to your shop’s Stripe account on Stripe’s schedule. Texts go out by SMS.
